Business Model & Financial Forecasts

Business Models can be used by:

Founders - to maintain control of their Startup's Numbers, to set targets and budgets as well as to know well in advance the funding requirements for their Startup. Dynamic models even help to foresee outcomes based on changing circumstances.

Business Valuation

Valuation of Startups is usually required on two occasions:

For raising funds from investors - Based on our experience of valuing similar Startup businesses, we can help a Startup put together a valuation deck, arriving at a reasonable valuation, using methodologies (like First Chicago Method, Venture Capital Method, Scorecard Method, etc.) that are readily acceptable by prospective investors. This valuation also acts as a reference point for founders during negotiation with investors.

Pitch Presentation
